A small studio
with senior
hands.
AKGUL Brightpath is a software studio building real-time operations platforms that the teams using them actually own. We've been at it since 2021, from two cities and one stubborn point of view: software should make tomorrow's decision, not just explain yesterday's.

Four senior people, embedded, not a staffing chart.
We don't grow by adding bodies to a project. Every engagement runs on the same small, senior pod: one architect, two engineers, one operator, working inside your tools. It's the whole reason we ship fast and hand off clean.
Owns the shape
One person holds the system's design in their head end to end. No diffusion of responsibility, no design-by-committee, a single accountable point of view from Locate through Lead.
Build in your repo
Two senior engineers work in your codebase, your CI, your incident channel, so what they build is something your team can read, run, and extend the day we step back.
Lives in the workflow
One operator sits inside the actual process being changed, so we're tuning to how the work really happens, not to a spec written by someone who never ran the queue.
Two cities, one studio.
Brooklyn and Istanbul give us an overlapping working day across a wide span of time zones, useful when your incident doesn't care what hour it is. Same team, same standards, one shared on-call.
Brooklyn, New York
Our US studio and the home of most client-facing work across the Americas. Close to the operations teams we build for, in their time zone, in their day.
Istanbul, Türkiye
Our second studio bridges European and Middle Eastern hours and extends coverage well into the evening for North American clients. One team, two desks.
One on-call, not two offices
The studios share standards, tooling, and a single rotation. Wherever your pod sits, you get the same Brightpath, and someone awake when it matters.
The values we won't trade away.
These aren't poster slogans. They're the rules we use to decide what to build, what to refuse, and when an engagement is genuinely finished.
You own what we build
No black boxes, no lock-in. If you can't read, run, and change the system without us, we haven't finished the job.
Honest about uncertainty
We'd rather tell you the confidence interval than fake a clean number. Trust compounds; a too-tidy dashboard doesn't.
Leave on time
The best outcome is a client who no longer needs us. We price and plan to work ourselves out of the room, and stay on call after.
